Returns & Exchanges

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and integrity of our most exclusive pieces, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Leather pieces from our Black leather collection due to their specialized materials and craftsmanship
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your return

Refund Timeline and Method

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for processing and inspection
  • Additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Store credit is available upon request for faster processing.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Note: Due to the personalized nature of our fashion collections, we cannot exchange items for completely different products.

International Returns

As a global retailer serving customers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
